Customer: A natural person, legal person or organizational unit that places an Order in the Store.

Consumer: A customer who is a natural person and who makes purchases in the Store that are not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.

Goods: Products offered by the Store that may be the subject of a Sales Agreement.

Introductory Provisions

The Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, implementing the Sales Agreement, the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer, and the rules for complaints and returns.

The condition for placing an order in the Store is the acceptance of the Regulations by the Customer.

**II. Placing Orders**
**Order Placement Procedure**
The Client may place orders 24 hours a day, all year round.
Orders are placed by completing the order form available on the Store's website.
The Client is required to provide accurate personal and contact information.
**Order Confirmation**
After placing an order, the Client will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the order.
A sales agreement is concluded at the moment the Client receives the confirmation of the order acceptance.

**III. Prices and Payment Methods**
**Prices**
All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (inclusive of VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty.
The price indicated for each product is binding at the time the order is placed.
**Payment Methods**
The Store offers the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Payment by credit card
- Cash on delivery
- Online payment via the Przelewy24 payment system

**IV. Order Fulfillment and Delivery**
**Order Fulfillment**
Order fulfillment begins after payment is credited to the Seller’s account (except for cash on delivery payments).
The order fulfillment period ranges from 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise specified in the product description.
**Delivery**
Deliveries are made within the territory of Poland.
Delivery costs are provided during the order process and depend on the chosen delivery method and the order value.
The estimated delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days from the moment of shipment.

**V. Withdrawal from the Agreement**
**Right of Withdrawal**
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer takes possession of the Goods or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by the Consumer, takes possession of the Goods.
**Withdrawal Procedure**
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by letter, fax, or email).
The Consumer may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not obligatory.

**VI. Complaints**
**Complaints**
The Seller undertakes to deliver Goods without defects.
If defects in the Goods are found, the Client has the right to file a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted to alesztos7@gmail.com or in writing to the Seller’s registered office address.
**Complaint Handling Procedure**
The complaint should include a description of the defect and the date it was identified.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

**VII. Personal Data Protection**
**Privacy Policy**
Clients' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
The administrator of personal data is Ale Sztos, headquartered in Warsaw at Jana Nowaka Jeziorańskiego 52/86.
**Purpose of Data Processing**
Personal data is processed for the purposes of order fulfillment, complaint handling, legal obligations, and marketing purposes, if the Client consents.

**VIII. Final Provisions**
**Regulations Amendments**
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations.
Amendments to the Regulations take effect on the date specified by the Seller, but no sooner than 7 days after they are published on the Store’s website.
**Applicable Law**
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

These Regulations come into force on May 25, 2024, and remain valid until revoked.
