Parcel lockers: Orders can be delivered to the parcel lockers of the selected operator, available 24/7.
Pick-up: Customers can pick up their orders in person at our collection point.

Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method and the value of the order. Detailed information about shipping costs can be found on the basket page when placing the order. For orders over PLN 200, we offer free standard delivery.

4. Order Fulfillment Time

Order processing time is counted from the moment of payment confirmation. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but processing time may vary depending on product availability.

Deliveries are made within Poland. For international orders, please contact our customer service department to arrange individual delivery conditions.
