Product returns policy

If the User is a Consumer, he/she has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party indicated by him/her (other than the carrier) actually takes possession of the purchased product or, in the case of multiple products included in one order but delivered separately, after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party indicated by him/her
(other than the carrier) takes actual possession of the last of the products.
